Paula is the founder of AerFire, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) with certifications in Women's Exercise, Youth Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, and experience teaching pilates, barre, traditional weight-lifting.
Paula began her aerial journey as a fun hobby for a fitness professional. As the global pandemic shut down gyms and shook up the industry, she pivoted into pouring her fitness expertise into teaching others aerial.
Paula has a safety 1st, fitness approach to aerial arts. Ground Flow for the Aerialist is designed to be homework between classes, so you can truly make the most of your time in class and FLY!!!
