About the event
The Intermediate Spiral Pole Workshop is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their spiral technique to the next level. Students with lyra or pole basic knowledge and the ability to comfortably inver are welcome . In this workshop, you'll delve deeper into complex spiral movements, focusing on fluidity, momentum control, and advanced transitions. Our skilled instructors will guide you through intricate sequences that combine strength, flexibility, and grace, helping you refine your technique and build your confidence on the pole. This workshop is ideal for those with some pole experience who want to challenge themselves and enhance their spiral repertoire. Join us to elevate your skills and explore the artistry of intermediate spiral pole!

Spiral Workshop with The Aerial Illusions Company. Lacy Kelly is bringing her spirals and her expertise to AerFire. This workshop is recommended for aerialists who can do inversions on other apparatuses. AerFire Youth are encouraged to attend the 3pm class if you've got a good straddle-up on silk, pole, and lyra. The 6pm class will be all business with Lacy Kelly! (Older youth/Intermediates are welcome in either class. The 6pm will be the one for exploring more advanced work.)
