Service Description

Welcome to Aerial Gentle! This class will combine bungee, hammock, and other aerial apparatus. Classes are designed by Certified Personal Trainers to build strong, balanced, flexible bodies in every shape and size. Aerial Gentle does not involve any crazy circus tricks, but will certainly prepare you well if you want to build up to Adult Aerial Classes at AerFire.
