Adult Dance at AerFire includes Teen/Adult Ballet as well as Teen/Adult Jazz and Modern! Dancing is a great way to build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Rachel teaches dance from a technique based standpoint to make sure that the correct muscles are being used and injuries are prevented. Come plie, chaine, and tendu the day away!
Ballet is a great way to build balance, proprioception, strength, flexibility and more. This class is open to all levels! We will explore barre work, center work, and conditioning in this 90 minute class.

Always wanted to get pointe shoes but never took ballet or quit before you could? I'm a firm believer that you are never to old to learn if you train smart and condition the right way. This class is designed to help build up strength and foot control to prepare teen/adult students for safe pointe work.
Teen/Adult Jazz & Musical Theatre
Want to get sassy? Fierce? Emotional? Strong? All of the above? Join us for Jazz & Musical Theatre where we will explore both styles in a 90-minute class. This class is open to all levels! It will include a warm-up, across the floor, combinations, stretching, and a cool-down.

Want to improve balance and musicality all while having fun with sounds? Join us for Adult Tap (COMING SOON) on Thursdays 7:30-8pm. This 30 minute class is designed to be an intro to tap if you've never taken tap! Or a refresher course if it's been a while.
